Significant progress has been made so far with the completion of Deansgate Square, Crown Street Elizabeth Tower & Victoria Residence, The Blade, Three60, Crown Street Primary School and New Jackson Park. Construction is in progress with Contour.

Future developments incorporating high-quality homes and exceptional residential amenity are already in planning to complete the neighbourhood.
